However, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, needing a prompt complaint to improve. the front desk staff was polite but not overly helpful, despite the recent remodel. the hotel's proximity to the Mall of New Hampshire and access to the South Manchester Rail Trail were great for leisure activities. the hotel facilities, including the restaurant and complimentary shuttle service, added convenience to the stay, making it a comfortable choice near the airport.
